Ryan McCarthy, NP-C
Owner & Director of Medical Aesthetics
Ryan McCarthy, NP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner, who obtained his degree from Le Moyne College, in Syracuse, NY.
Ryan has been trained in botulinum toxin and dermal filler techniques from the Esthetic Skin Institute, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Stephanie
Robotham, NP-C
Cosmetic Injector
Stephanie is an AANP board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with years of experience in the surgical setting, including facial plastics, giving her a unique perspective on aesthetics. Stephanie graduated with honors from Le Moyne College’s Dual Degree Nursing program, receiving her BSN in Nursing, in 2015.
Rachel Pratt, NP-C

Rachel is an AANP Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in the critical care and post surgical settings. Rachel graduated from Russell Sage college after receiving her bachelors in nursing degree from Russell Sage College in 2019.

She then went on to work at a level one trauma center as a float nurse for a year followed by years of travel nursing around the United States. Living in different states and working with different populations of patients allows her to be well versed in her work. Rachel had always wanted to work in the field of aesthetics, which was something very personal for her. She decided to continue her education at Russell Sage College again, where she earned her MSN-FNP in 2023. She began her journey as a Nurse Practitioner with Rejuvn8 where her passion for aesthetics was met.
At Rejuvn8 Rachel shares a passion for making her clients feel comfortable and listened to while maintaining their goals for their treatment. Her priority is ensuring her patients feel beautiful and confident.
Outside of work Rachel enjoys going for runs, reading, cooking and spending time on the boat. She spends most of her time with her family, friends, and her dog Banks.
Lacy Carswell, NP

Lacy is a dedicated and compassionate Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation built on years of experience as a Registered Nurse across various healthcare settings. She recently earned her Master of Science in Nursing from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, where she became a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical background, combined with her natural attention to detail and patient-centered approach, seamlessly transitioned into her passion for aesthetic medicine.

Lacy is deeply committed to helping her clients feel confident and empowered through personalized, evidence-based aesthetic treatments. She believes that enhancing natural beauty should be a collaborative experience, and she takes great pride in providing safe, high-quality care with a gentle, knowledgeable touch.

Patricia Cool, RN

With a background in dermatology and pediatric emergency medicine, Patricia brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, attention to detail, and compassionate care to aesthetic medicine.
As a Registered Nurse currently pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree, she is dedicated to staying at the forefront of patient safety and advanced aesthetic treatments. Her goal is to help patients achieve natural, confidence-boosting results while feeling informed and comfortable every step of the way.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and soaking up summer days on the lake.
Emily Smith, NP

Emily is an AANP board-certified Nurse Practitioner and licensed cosmetologist with over six years of experience in healthcare. She graduated with honors from Upstate Medical University, where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing.
Prior to pursuing aesthetics, Emily spent several years working in critical care, surgery, and internal medicine. Her extensive clinical experience has shaped her meticulous attention to detail, commitment to safety, and dedication to delivering high quality patient care.

Kaitlian is a NYS licensed esthetician, who obtained her license at Aesthetic Science Institute with academic honors. She is well adept in Hydrafacials, chemical peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and laser treatments.

When Kaitlian is not at Rejuvn8, she is enjoying her spare time going on nature walks with her two chihuahuas, completing DIY projects with her fiancé, and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Nicole is a NYS licensed esthetician, who graduated from Shear Ego International School in 2022. She worked as an esthetician for a year and branched out into the world of makeup and skincare.

Since Nicole has become apart of the esthetics industry, she has developed a passion for skincare products and regimens. She is certified in Visia Facial Imaging and Analysis. She is experienced in customer service through her time in retail and management roles. She prides herself in making everyone feel welcome and confident. From assisting in the treatment room to recommending skincare, she loves to see everyone leave with a smile on their face.
In her free time Nicole enjoys family gatherings and spending time with friends. She loves taking her dog Nala for walks, going to the movies, watching NBA games, and doing makeup for friends and family.

Outside of the treatment room, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, her boyfriend, and her friends and family—preferably outdoors, up at camp, or sneaking in a good Pilates session. She’s also a self-proclaimed foodie who loves discovering new places to eat and trying out new recipes.

Sarah joined the Rejuvn8 team in August of 2020 as our Patient Care Coordinator. In this role, she greets all incoming clients and manages their appointments, as well as, providing information on our skin care product lines and medical spa services.

Sarah has a long tenure in customer care, meeting the needs of her clients over the last 10 years in various position in the animal and veterinarian field. Her passion in building relationships makes her a great asset to the Rejuvn8 team. She plays a major role in making our clients feel welcomed from the moment they walk in, through the end of their appointment.
When Sarah is not helping clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and American Staffordshire Terriers to include camping, hikes, and agility training courses. “Welcoming our clients with warmth and kindness, while being attentive to their needs and aspirations, has always been my number one goal.”
Jennifer Sheldon

Jenn first came to Rejuvn8 as a client of Rachel's before joining our Albany/Latham team as a Patient Care Coordinator (Receptionist). Her passion for customer service has been with her for as long as she can remember. Jenn is dedicated to creating a welcoming and personalized experience from the moment you walk through the door.
Outside of work, Jenn is a proud wife and mom of three. She met her husband, Chad, in high school, and the two have been inseparable ever since high school sweethearts who fell in love and built a beautiful life together. Jenn treasures family time, whether it's cheering on her kids at softball, baseball, and soccer games, volunteering, or enjoying a cozy movie night at home.

She also loves the outdoors, especially getaways to the Adirondacks (with Lake Placid as a favorite), discovering local waterfalls, or relaxing by the beaches in New Hampshire. A talented baker, Jenn enjoys creating delicious desserts for her family and is always finding quick, tasty meal ideas to keep everyone happy—even on the busiest days.
