Meet your Rejuvn8 Aesthetics team! Rejuvn8 is comprised of a group of medical and aesthetic experts with years of experience. Our goal is to create the most welcoming atmosphere for our patients. Our team will listen to your needs, answer all your questions, create custom treatment plans, and help you look and feel your best!

Ryan McCarthy

Owner & Director of Medical Aesthetics

Ryan McCarthy, NP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner, who obtained his degree from Le Moyne College, in Syracuse, NY.


Ryan has been trained in botulinum toxin and dermal filler techniques from the Esthetic Skin Institute, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

    The Esthetic Skin Institute is one of the oldest esthetic training programs in the United States and is highly regarded amongst professionals. Ryan has also been trained by the manufactures of the products he uses to ensure he is utilizing the newest and safest injection techniques. In addition to attending the Esthetic Skin Institute, Ryan has extensive training on all laser treatments. Ryan works closely with our staff at Rejuvn8 to meet the needs of all our clients.

Stephanie Czajka

Cosmetic Injector

Stephanie is an AANP board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with years of experience in the surgical setting, including facial plastics, giving her a unique perspective on aesthetics. Stephanie graduated with honors from Le Moyne College’s Dual Degree Nursing program, receiving her BSN in Nursing, in 2015.

    She continued her nursing career at Saint Joseph’s Hospital Health Center on a medical surgical unit caring for pre and post general surgical patients. She sought to further her education as well as nursing career and earned her MSN-FNP in 2018 from Le Moyne College graduating as a member of Sigma Theta Tau. She began her practice as a Nurse Practitioner with SJHHC general surgery and later joined a Plastic Surgery office where her passion for surgical patients and aesthetics meshed.



    At Rejuvn8 Steph takes pride in natural aesthetic outcomes as well as educating patients on enhancements or procedures for their best results. Her continued education is of upmost importance to her, and she is constantly implementing the most up to date techniques for the highest quality outcomes and safest patient care. 



    Outside of work Steph enjoys living a healthy lifestyle filled with fitness, hiking the ADK high peaks, and spending quality time with her two dogs, boyfriend, friends & family.

Sarah Fritz

Patient Care Coordinator

Sarah joined the Rejuvn8 team in August of 2020 as our Patient Care Coordinator. In this role, she greets all incoming clients and manages their appointments, as well as, providing information on our skin care product lines and medical spa services.

    Sarah has a long tenure in customer care, meeting the needs of her clients over the last 10 years in various position in the animal and veterinarian field. Her passion in building relationships makes her a great asset to the Rejuvn8 team. She plays a major role in making our clients feel welcomed from the moment they walk in, through the end of their appointment.



    When Sarah is not helping clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and American Staffordshire Terriers to include camping, hikes, and agility training courses. “Welcoming our clients with warmth and kindness, while being attentive to their needs and aspirations, has always been my number one goal.”

Kristy Shepard

Medical Aesthetician

Kristy is a New York State licensed Medical Aesthetician and certified laser technician. She graduated from Continental School of Beauty in 2013. In 2019 she became a certified Phlebotomist through Bryant and Stratton College and pursued a dual career in the Medical field and Aesthetics.

    In the past 7 years Kristy has gained experience with a variety of treatments like Hydrafacial, chemical peels, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, IPL, dermaplaning, and microneedling with and without radio frequency. She continues to educate herself on new techniques and skills to stay up to date with the latest trends of the industry. She loves being able to use different modalities and customizing skincare treatments for each and everyone of her clients.  Kristy loves sharing her knowledge and loves to make people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. 



    In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going for walks with her dogs, gardening, and baking.

Carly Kerr

Patient Care Coordinator

Carly is the Patient Coordinator at our Albany location. When she is not assisting our patients, she has a love for literature, enjoys cooking, and spending time with her dog, Tai. She is also a horror movie fanatic, enjoys doing makeup, and dreams of someday owning her own coffee shop, fueled by her unwavering love for coffee.

Kaitlian Madderom

Esthetician

Kaitlian is a NYS licensed aesthetician, who obtained her license at Aesthetic Science Institute with academic honors. She is well adept in Hydrafacials, chemical peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and laser treatments.

    Kaitlian is passionate about continuing to grow her knowledge base in the world of aesthetics, to remain current and provide the best services to her clients. Her goal is to identify, then target any concerns you may have, making you feel confident in your skin and turning every day into a makeup free day. 



    When Kaitlian is not at Rejuvn8, she is enjoying her spare time going on nature walks with her two chihuahuas, completing DIY projects with her fiancé, and spending quality time with her loved ones. 

Rachel Pratt

Rachel is an AANP Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in the critical care and post surgical settings. Rachel graduated from Russell Sage college after receiving her bachelors in nursing degree from Russell Sage College in 2019.

    She then went on to work at a level one trauma center as a float nurse for a year followed by years of travel nursing around the United States. Living in different states and working with different populations of patients allows her to be well versed in her work. Rachel had always wanted to work in the field of aesthetics, which was something very personal for her. She decided to continue her education at Russell Sage College again, where she earned her MSN-FNP in 2023. She began her journey as a Nurse Practitioner with Rejuvn8 where her passion for aesthetics was met. 



    At Rejuvn8 Rachel shares a passion for making her clients feel comfortable and listened to while maintaining their goals for their treatment. Her priority is ensuring her patients feel beautiful and confident. 



    Outside of work Rachel enjoys going for runs, reading, cooking and spending time on the boat. She spends most of her time with her family, friends, and her dog Banks.

Bella Kelly

Patient Coordinator

Bella has valued the joys of customer care since the beginning of her working career. From working in her parents greenhouse at an early age to serving coffee and pastries, she loves being able to assist and put a smile on anyone's face! She takes pride in making every client feel as comfortable and at home as possible.

Nicole Brown

Medical Assistant

Nicole is a NYS licensed esthetician, who graduated from Shear Ego International School in 2022. She worked as an esthetician for a year and branched out into the world of makeup and skincare.

    Since Nicole has become apart of the esthetics industry, she has developed a passion for skincare products and regimens. She is certified in Visia Facial Imaging and Analysis. She is experienced in customer service through her time in retail and management roles. She prides herself in making everyone feel welcome and confident. From assisting in the treatment room to recommending skincare, she loves to see everyone leave with a smile on their face. 



    In her free time Nicole enjoys family gatherings and spending time with friends. She loves taking her dog Nala for walks, going to the movies, watching NBA games, and doing makeup for friends and family.
